I'm Cristell Mejía. First I listen, then I recommend.
I'm a real estate advisor with Plusval and I work in Santo Domingo and in Bávaro - Punta Cana. I have more than 10 years in sales and more than 5 in real estate.
I studied Business Administration and hold a Master's in Sales Management. That helps me look at a purchase for what it is: a big financial decision, with numbers, timelines and risks you need to understand before you sign.
The way I work is simple. I ask what you want the property for, how much you can comfortably pay and when. Then I show you only what makes sense, explain the pros and cons of each option and stay with you until you have the keys. If something isn't right for you, I'll tell you.
With many clients the relationship continues after the sale, and several have become friends.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling, trying new things, good food, music and TV series. At home we're a big family: two dogs and four cats.
